128 Unaccompanied Alien Children Caught At Mexican Border Per Day In May

(CNSNews.com) – Data obtained by CNSNews.com from U.S. Customs and Border Patrol (CPB) shows about 128 unaccompanied alien children (UACs) were apprehended at the Southwest U.S. border every day during the month of May. In total, 3,965 children were caught crossing the U.S.-Mexico border illegally during that month alone.

According to the data, May was the month with the most UAC apprehensions since the start of Fiscal Year 2015 on Oct. 1.

The monthly totals of apprehended UACs have been steadily increasing since January, when 2,119 children were caught at the U.S.-Mexico border. Since then, another 2,388 children were apprehended in February, 3,131 were apprehended in March, and 3,275 were apprehended in April.

During the same time, the Obama administration has continued to tout its newly launched Central American Minors Refugee/Parole Program (CAM).

Marketed as an effort to help Latin American children avoid the dangerous and sometimes fatal journey to enter the United States illegally, the program was set up throughout Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador to reunite children living in those countries with their parents who live, many of them illegally, in the United States.

Order Crisis Re-Emerging, Says National Border Patrol Council — 70 Women And Children In 1 Hour

In the past few weeks, the numbers of unaccompanied minors and incomplete family units have begun soaring again, according to the National Border Patrol Council (NBPC), the organization that represents nearly 17,000 U.S. Border Patrol agents. “This is starting to resemble the summer border surge of 2014,” said Border Patrol agent Chris Cabrera. He spoke to Breitbart Texas in his role as a NBPC spokesperson and representative.

“We are not nearly at the numbers we were last year, but it looks like we are in the opening stages. We had two groups equal a little over 70 in one hour today. These were women and children,” said Agent Cabrera. “We’ve also seen a lot of children traveling alone.”

Agent Cabrera said that many of these children and women are simply turning themselves in again. He said they were seeking out Border Patrol agents instead of trying to avoid or elude them. “This is really the mark that indicates a coming crisis,” said Cabrera. “When the women and children start seeking out agents, we know there is word spreading in their home countries that they can come and be set free.”

If you watched Sgt Andrew Tahmooressi, USMC interview with Greta Van Sustran, no matter how tough you are, it will break your heart. Sgt Tahmooressi is a “Heroic” US Marine, with two Combat Tours of Duty in Afghanistan. He and his fellow Marines had been fighting for every American. Sgt Tahmooressi was moving back to San Diego so he could be treated for PTSD at the San Diego VA Hospital; all his belongings were in his truck including his 3 weapons.

Sgt Tahmooressi made an “INNOCENT MISTAKE” and took a wrong turn at night in San Diego where there were no lighted signs, and he ended up in Mexico. He explained to the Mexican Border Guards that he made a wrong turn, explained he had all his personal belongings, including 3 weapons in the back of his truck, and asked for directions back to San Diego. Sgt Tahmooressi was then manhandled Mexican police, and was subsequently incarcerated for 214 days by the Mexican Federal Government, a government with double standards. The Mexican Government has been encouraging thousands of illegal aliens to “INTENTIONALLY” violate US Federal Immigration Laws, and has supported over 20 million illegal aliens to “INTENTIONALLY” cross the wide open southern border “by foot”; the Mexican government continues to promote the violation of US Immigration Laws because, for the last 6 years, they’ve received a wink and a nod from Obama who by his policies of preventing ICE from deporting illegal aliens, approves and encourages illegal aliens to cross illegally into the US.

Yet when just “ONE” Heroic US Marine makes an “INNOCENT MISTAKE” by crossing the Mexican border at San Diego, openly driving in his truck at night with headlights on, not by sneaking into Mexico on foot, like millions of Mexican illegal aliens cross into the US every year. The mistaken entry occurred because of poor signage on the San Diego side of the border, that eventually resulted in Sgt Tahmooressi being put in Mexican prisons where he was mentally abused and tortured by Mexican Prison Guards while still suffering from PTSD (I made the same innocent mistake during daylight hours while in San Diego near the Mexican border, like Sgt Tahmooressi made in his innocent mistake at night when he crossed the Mexican border; when I showed the US Border Patrol my Federal Law Enforcement Officer’s badge and asked to be allowed to turn around at the border, they told me I would have to continue south, there wasn’t any place for them , so I had to continue into Mexico to be able turn around and head back into the US). Recently, because of what happened to Sgt Tahmooressi, the State of California, corrected the signage, modified the entry roads at the border to allow a turn around, in order to prevent others from doing what Sgt Tahmooressi and I did----when we “INNOCENTLY MISTAKENLY” entered Mexico.

The torturous incarceration and mental abuse that followed for Sgt Tahmooressi over a 7 month period was unconscionable. He suffered consistent beatings by Mexican Prison Guards with sticks and their hands, was forced to his knees facing the wall, was forced to face abuse and threats from Mexican criminals in jails with him who said there was hiring a “hit man” who would kill him (those abusive threats continued for 214 days), he was stripped naked & forced to stand thru the night, forces to remain in his cell naked with no blankets at night to keep him warm, was handcuffed by his legs and wrists in a 4 point restraint without the ability to properly go to the bathroom, Mexican Prison Guards laughed at Sgt Tahmooressi’s attempts to relieve himself while handcuffed by his wrist and leg, those Mexican Prison Guards beating him and laughing at him had less of an IQ than Sgt Tahmooressi. For Obama to allow those mental abuses and those torturous practices to be visited upon a heroic Combat US Marine by the Mexican Government is disgusting. What would the Mexican Government do if the US immigration Service tortured even one of the millions of Illegal aliens in the US like Sgt Tahmooressi was tortured?

The occupant of the Oval Office did nothing to help a “Heroic” Combat US Marine while he was being mentally abused, threatened, and tortured for 214 days, even when the US Consul in Mexico knew Sgt Tahmooressi was suffering from PTSD as a result of his Combat service in defense of the Republic. The Obama administration was informed by the US Consul in Mexico, that out of desperation and in an attempt to escape the torturous incarceration, Sgt Tahmooressi tried to escape from prison. The US Consul was also informed the Obama administration that three days after his escape from prison failed, in order to escape the continued torture and mental abuse, Sgt Tahmooressi tried to commit suicide by cutting his neck with broken florescent light bulb, and that he nearly bled to death. Yet Obama did absolutely nothing; finally just before the election, a judge in a Mexican Court released Sgt Tahmooressi, because Mexico had no way to treat PTSD. Anyone who watched the interview by Greta Van Sustran of Sgt Tahmooressi, in the first 10 minutes into it, would have been aware that the US Marine is obviously suffering from PTSD---the US Consul must had determined that 214 days ago, and would have relayed that to the Obama administration.

The same occupant of the Oval Office who not only refused to help a US Marine for over 7 months, also refused to execute “Cross Border Authority” during the Battle of Benghazi, so the Pentagon was unable to dispatch fighter aircraft that were only 2 hours away in Sigonella Italy. American personnel on the ground in Benghazi, under attack by over 125 Al Q’ieda terrorists for 8 hours pleated for military re-enforcements, yet Obama still refused for 8 hours to issue “Cross Border Authority,” so the Pentagon was never able to dispatch a US Marine rescue mission that was on the tarmac in Europe and ready to go, resulting in 2 US Navy SEALs being murdered by Al Q’ieda terrorists (the US Ambassador had been captured & murdered, and a Communications Specialist had been murdered by Al Q’ieda terrorists during the first hour of the attack). If you are a US Marine or a US Navy SEAL don’t expect the occupant in the Oval Office to help you, if you get in trouble

During the same 7 months period that Sgt Tahmooressi was in a cage in a Mexican prison, Obama exchanged a soldier who deserted in the face of the enemy in Afghanistan, where Sgt Tahmooressi served heroically, for 5 of the most dangerous terrorists incarcerated in Gitmo; that traitorous deserting soldier remained with the enemy for 5 years, while Sgt Tahmooressi returned to Afghanistan to serve a second combat tour of duty. Those 5 dangerous terrorist are now in support of ISIL’s fight in Iraq, along with other Al Q’ieda terrorists Obama released from Gitmo. We also received unconfirmed reports that the Obama administration paid the Taliban a substantial sum of money, as a ransom payment, for releasing of that dishonorable “Army Deserter” Any Army Deserter who deserts his unit in the face of the enemy, should be either jailed or executed.

What would President Ronald Reagan have done, on his watch, if a US Marine with PTSD was improperly incarcerated for over 7 months, was mentally abused, and was tortured by the Mexican Prison Guards---would he have picked up the phone and called the Mexican President, and convinced him to release the US Marine? . The nation and 23 million US military Veterans were shamed by the way the occupant of the Oval Office allowed an Honorable Combat US Marine with PTSD who made an “INNOCENT MISTAKE” and was locked up in a cage in a Mexican Prison for 7 months, was tortured, and was mentally abused while he twisted in the wind because of his abandonment by the occupant in the Oval Office.

The Combat Veterans For Congress Honor Sgt Andrew Tahmooressi, USMC for his service in defense of the Republic, we---all US Marines--& all Americans are so very proud of Sgt Tahmooressi for how he courageously faced his horrible torturous incarceration in a Mexican prison, and trust his mental abuse at the hands of Mexican Prison Guards and his PTSD suffered from two combat tours of duty in Afghanistan will finally receive proper medical attention & treatment in a US Hospital. The man who goes by the name of Marcelo Marquez and is now in custody for the shooting deaths of two California sheriff’s deputies was previously deported twice from the United States. In addition, the Mexican national is not only an illegal immigrant but was also convicted of being in possession of drugs in 1997.

Following his conviction, the 34-year-old Mexican was deported but returned again to the United States. He was arrested and deported again in 2001. Although he had been known as Marcelo Marquez, a fingerprint match has now identified him as Luis Enrique Monroy-Bracamonte, although there is no confirmation as to whether this name was also a previously assumed identity.

A massive manhunt began Friday after Marquez – or Monroy-Bracamonte – shot and killed a sheriff’s deputy after a traffic stop in Sacramento, California, at around 10.30 in the morning. As he attempted to give law enforcement officers the slip, Marquez hijacked two civilian vehicles and later fired upon two more deputies as they approached the stolen pickup in which he was traveling. In that shooting, another deputy was killed, while his partner was wounded.

U.S. Marine Sgt. Andrew Tahmooressi, jailed more than 200 days in Mexico, was freed by a judge Friday and immediately returned to the U.S., his family said.

Tahmooressi, 26, who served two tours of duty in Afghanistan, had been held since March 31, when he said he mistakenly crossed into Mexico with three legally-purchased and registered guns in his truck.

A court-appointed psychiatrist confirmed that Tahmooressi has Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder.

Family spokesman Jonathan Franks said the judge released him without making a determination on the charge against him. He had been held initially at a prison outside Tijuana, then was moved to a prison outside Tecate.

His family released a statement Friday night saying, "It is with an overwhelming and humbling feeling of relief that we confirm that Andrew was released today after spending 214 days in a Mexican jail. He is back on American soil and will shortly resume treatment for both his pre-existing combat related PTSD and the residual effects of months of incarceration – which has taken a toll on him far worse than his two tours in Afghanistan."

Harvard Student Who Took Dying Mom To Mexico Gets Humanitarian Visa

LOS REYES LA PAZ, Mexico -- Only hours after the publication of an Associated Press story on his case, the U.S. government has issued a humanitarian visa enabling the return of a Harvard University student who broke immigration rules by taking his dying mother to Mexico.

Dario Guerrero, 21, was born in Mexico and moved with his family to California when he was 2. The Obama administration granted him and hundreds of thousands of other young immigrants a reprieve from deportation two years ago.

But these people can't leave the U.S. without government approval. And Guerrero's mother was dying of cancer.

Desperate to save her, Guerrero took his mother to clinics in Mexico before getting that approval. She died there in August, and he's been stuck since then. The U.S granted his request to return Tuesday.

When his mother's cancer treatments were failing in the U.S., Guerrero found clinics offering alternative treatments in Mexico and took his mother across the border, hoping to keep her alive.

In doing so, he knowingly broke a rule by leaving the U.S. without federal authorization.

"He panicked. His dad and mom wanted him to go, and he did the best thing he thought he could do for his family," said his lawyer Alan Klein.

Guerrero had lived in the United States illegally since he was 2. His parents brought him from Mexico City to California, and they overstayed tourist visas. He breezed through school, earning a scholarship to a John Hopkins University summer school program at 13.

Eventually, along with hundreds of thousands of other young immigrants, Guerrero was granted a temporary reprieve from the threat of deportation under a 2012 Obama administration order.

Wednesday on Newsmax TV's "America's Forum," Mayor Phillip Burch Mayor of Artesia, NM, a isolated town that houses a federal immigration detention center, said there has been a sudden large increase in the number of illegal immigrants being released from the center into the United States.

Burch said, "We have seen some changes in how the cases of these immigrants are being handled. There can be gowing concern about how this is being handled by the government."

"Very early on we saw numbers, a 138 immigrants deported and 12 released into the United states and given asylum.' he added, "That is a rate of 10-to-1 being deported, this past week, there were 68 releases verses 13 deportations so all of a sudden that's a four-to-one ratio of people being released out into the United States."

Exclusive: Breitbart Texas Verifies ISIS Border Threat With Leaked Doc

LUBBOCK, Texas -- Breitbart Texas has exclusively obtained a leaked document warning federal agents about an ISIS-related terrorism threat across the entire US-Mexico border. Though the document focuses on the Texas-Mexico border, Breitbart Texas has confirmed that federal agents across the entire US-Mexico border have received the ISIS terror warning.

The document was released by the Texas Department of Public Safety and warned that ISIS was actively promoting and encouraging supporters to take advantage of the porous Texas-Mexico border to carry out terrorist attacks against US citizens.

The document attributed the increased interest by ISIS to a report done by journalist James O'Keefe. Though the report did not mention O'Keefe by name, it showed images of O'Keefe crossing the porous Texas-Mexico border while wearing an Osama bin Laden mask.

In addition to the report, U.S. Border Patrol Agents confirmed that the U.S. Border Patrol agency was indeed taking the threat seriously. A Border Patrol agent in the Laredo Sector told Breitbart Texas that they had credible information that ISIS was attempting to find individuals and groups in Nuevo-Laredo Mexico to assist in gaining entry into the united states.

A flamethrowing American conservative activist raised eyebrows in the U.S. on Monday by releasing a video of himself crossing the Rio Grande River from Mexico into Texas, dressed as the late al-Qaeda terror mastermind Osama bin Laden.

Guerrilla documentarian James O'Keefe's footage comes at a time when Americans are engaged in a national debate about border security. Tens of thousands of unaccompanied minors from Central America have entered the U.S. illegally in recent months, drawn by a confusing White House policy that appears to offer amnesty for those who make it safely.

In Monday's video release, O'Keefe focuses on the implications for national security: He illegally crosses into Mexico twice and returns – first in street clothes and again in army fatigues, wearing an Osama bin Laden Halloween mask

The Sheriff leading the investigation into the brutal slaying of a Border Control Agent by two illegal immigrants has revealed local farmers in his county have reported spotting gangs of armed Mexicans 'in military fatigues' marching through their fields.

Sheriff Larry Spence’s department played a key role in catching Ismael Hernandez and Gustavo Tijerina after they allegedly gunned down hero officer Javier Vega Jr. in front of his mother, father, wife and three sons while they were on a family fishing trip.

Since their capture, Fox News reported that the suspects are both Mexican nationals who were in the U.S. illegally and have been deported SIX times between them.

Spence, who has been Sheriff of Willacy County in south Texas for 29 years, said the problem on the border is reaching a crisis point.

He said ranchers with land 25 miles north of the border have reported groups of men - believed to be illegal immigrants - walking single file, through farm land in military fatigues. Some were armed with rifles.

His stark warning came as a local woman who unwittingly helped Tijerina, 30 and Hernandez, 40, after they killed Javier, said she is now in fear for her life.

Her concerns are indicative of the climate of fear that is creeping into certain parts of the border states because of the increase of illegal activity.

The dead bodies of illegal immigrants are turning up in south Texas as Central Americans pour across the U.S.-Mexico border, and a veterinarian who ranches cattle 70 miles from ground zero has the photos to prove it.

Dr. Mike 'Doc' Vickers of Brooks County, Texas showed some of the grisly images to MailOnline, all of them far too grotesque to publish unedited.


One picture shows a corpse propped up against a tree near his ranch in Brooks County, his eyes missing and dried blood cascading down his shirtless body.

'This guy, obviously, had to lay down up against that tree, and that's where he died,' Vickers says in interview footage provided exclusively to MailOnline by documentary filmmaker Chris Burgard.

Falcons native to the Rio Grande river valley 'plucked his eyes out before he was dead,' the animal doctor concludes. 'He bled out through his eyes, which tells me that he was probably in a coma but they were eatin' on him before his heart stopped beating.'

POLL: GOP Voters Say GOP Standing Tough On Immigration Most Important Issue

Polling data compiled by Tea Party Patriots and provided exclusively to Breitbart News shows that a majority of Republican voters think Republicans standing strong on immigration is more important than repealing Obamacare, getting to the bottom of the Benghazi or IRS scandals—or anything else for that matter.

When asked by TPP’s pollster which issue they think is the important for Republicans in Congress to deal with, 34.6 percent of GOP voters said stopping the flow of illegal immigrants across our southern border. Stopping Obama’s “illegal overreach” with executive power came in a distant second with 24 percent of GOP voters saying that’s the most important, while 23 percent saying repealing Obamacare is the most important and just 7.2 percent say the IRS scandal is the most important issue and 2.8 percent say the Benghazi scandal is most important. A total of 8.4 percent of GOP voters said they don’t know or refused to answer.

The poll was conduced with 1,000 likely GOP voters on Thursday, July 24 via a combination of cell phones and landlines nationwide, with a margin of error of 3.2 percent.

A rainstorm knocked over part of the border fence in Arizona this weekend, even as smugglers were cutting their way through another part of the fence less than a few miles away — leaving a hole big enough to drive a vehicle through, according to the Nogales International.

Contractors were using blow torches to patch the fence Monday, the paper reported — but the reporter said there didn’t appear to be any special precautions taken to step up patrols near the breach.

“Border walls obviously aren’t working,” said Dan Millis, borderlands program coordinator for the Grand Canyon Chapter of the Sierra Club. “Instead they just cause problems with flooding, fragment habitat and block wildlife migration corridors. It’s time for real solutions.”

The rains caused a 60-foot section of the wall to fall over after floodwaters backed up on one side, he said.

After previous flooding, authorities cut holes in a number of places in the border fence in Arizona. But the gates in Nogales were apparently closed during the recent storm.

Mexico City (AFP) - Mexico's foreign minister and the visiting governor of California questioned Monday plans by Texas to deploy troops to stem the flow of immigrant children, saying they need humanitarian aid instead.

Governor Jerry Brown, on a visit focused on boosting trade with California's southern neighbor, said the Texas plan must be a short-term measure and that he hopes "wiser minds will prevail over the next several months."

The Democratic politician was referring to a plan announced last week by Texas Governor Rick Perry, a Republican seen as a potential 2016 presidential election candidate, to send 1,000 National Guard reservists to the enormous and porous border US-Mexico border.

More than 57,000 children, mostly from Central America, have entered the United States illegally and without adult supervision since October, many fleeing unrelenting gang violence in their home countries.

A huge majority of Americans, 81 percent, believe the newimmigration crisis of unaccompanied children streaming over the U.S.-Mexico border is serious, and almost as many want them gone -- some even if it's not safe to return, according to a new poll.

In an Economist/YouGov.com survey, however, the public isn't heartless in how they view the plight of the children, with 66 percent expressing sympathy for their situation that drove them north, where U.S. Border Control officers are catching the new arrivals for immigration processing.

But while there is an understanding among many Americans that some of the children are fleeing violence in El Salvador, Honduras and Guatemala, a majority, 57 percent, believe the illegal immigrants are coming to America because they believe “that the U.S. government is or will be granting amnesty to undocumented immigrant children,” said the new poll.

Documents Detail Heinous Crimes By Gang Members Being Housed In Nogales Processing Center

Late last week I reported 16 MS-13 gang members exploiting the unaccompanied minor crisis were being housed at a Border Patrol processing center in Nogales, Arizona. The gang members were discovered after graffiti was left on bathroom walls. Further investigation shows gang members from different criminal organizations were also discovered after a fight broke out between two rival MS-13 and 18th Street gang members in a shared holding cell. The gang members admitted in interviews with Border Patrol agents they had engaged in murder and torture in their home countries of Honduras, El Salvador and Guatemala before heading north to the United States. It was also confirmed through sources gang members have been using the processing center as a recruitment hub for new members.

Now, Border Patrol documents newly obtained exclusively by Townhall detail the crimes MS-13 and other gang members in the Nogales processing center admit to committing.

In an interview with Border Patrol agents, 15-year-old self admitted MS-13 member with the last name Aguilar said he killed a member of rival gang 18th Street six months ago with a fully automatic Uzi before coming to the United States.

"He claims he walked over to the wounded rival, and emptied the magazine into the rival's body," interview documents show.

Aguilar also admitted to, "being involved in extortion for the gang," and "collecting money from local vendors and threatening them if they refused to pay."
