 The bombings on Easter Sunday in Sri Lanka that killed almost 300 people carry hallmarks of groups like ISIS or al Qaeda, various security experts told Reuters.

 No one has yet claimed responsibility for the attacks at churches and hotels on the island nation.

 “These synchronized attacks are out of the ordinary for Sri Lanka," anti-terrorism expert Alto Labetubun told Reuters.

UN’s Quota Of Syrian Refugees Includes ISIS And Al Qaeda

While the New York Times promotes schemes to resettle 50,000 Syrians in Detroit and fourteen Democratic senators demand importing 65,000 Syrians, it’s instructive to look at some of Norway’s recent refugee experiences.

Norway’s insane government wants to admit 10,000 more refugees to the country, but they’re already spotting ISIS and Al Qaeda members on the UN list.

Several Middle Eastern refugees set to be granted asylum in Norway under a UN scheme were found to have ties to the jihadist groups Islamic State (Isis) and Al Nusra Front.

The migrants were part of the “quota” refugees cleared by the UN High Commissioner for Refugees for resettlement in Norway.

UN Secretary-General Weighs Lumping Israel In With ISIS And Al Qaeda

This week Senators Lindsey Graham and Ted Cruz have posed a challenge for would-be presidents and all Americans: if the United Nations criminalizes Israel’s exercise of the right of self-defense it will pay a heavy price. The organization has no right to expect billions of U.S. taxpayer dollars to be doled out every year when they are spent undercutting our deepest values and our national security.

Graham and Cruz’s comments come after learning that UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon is now weighing whether to sign off on a report emanating from an Algerian U.N. “human rights expert” that analogizes Israel to ISIS, Boko Haram and Al Qaeda. Leila Zerrougui’s rights expertise includes eight years (2000-2008) as legal advisor to Algeria’s President-for-life Abdelaziz Bouteflika.

Moreover, in the coming weeks, the U.N. will issue another report on Israel’s “criminal” response to Hamas genocidaires in Gaza, commissioned by UN Human Rights Council authorities like Russia, China and Saudi Arabia.

Report: Al-Qaeda's Base At MIT

A new documentary by Americans for Peace & Tolerance showcases a troubling finding: al-Qaeda has a base at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Once again, we learn how the goals of diversity, inclusivity, multiculturalism, and the increasing foreign student population in our tertiary education system are national security threats.

The APT report by Ilya Feoktistov and Charles Jacobs focuses on Suheil Laher, MIT’s Muslim chaplain for nearly 20 years. Laher still preaches, now at the Islamic Society of Boston, which, as the APT notes, is the “extremist mosque founded by MIT students near campus, where the Tsarnaevs [the Boston Marathon bombers, Chechen refugees Tamerlan and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev] worshipped during their radicalization.”

According to the APT, “in the late 1990s, there were students at MIT who helped recruit for the Chechen jihad and raised funds for al-Qaeda-affiliated groups operating in the Tsarnaevs’ homeland.” Laher apparently led this fundraising effort.

CIA Cash Helped Fund Al Qaeda

The Afghan government handed over one million American dollars to Al Qaeda to help pay the ransom for the release of one of its diplomats.

The New York Times reported Saturday that the Afghan government made the ransom payment, totaling $5 million in 2010 for the release of Abdul Khaliq Farahi, who had been kidnapped in 2008. Farahi was serving as Afghanistan’s ambassador to Pakistan at the time of his capture by Al Qaeda and had close personal ties to then-President Hamid Karzai.

The Afghan government used $1 million from a secret fund, bankrolled by the CIA with monthly cash deliveries to the presidential palace in Kabul. Other countries, including Pakistan and Iran, provided the remaining $4 million.
