Farrakhan Calls For Violence To 'Tear' U.S. Over Ferguson

By Joe Newby, Nov. 30, 2014, Examiner.com

While speaking at Morgan State University, a black college in Baltimore, Maryland, Louis Farrakhan, leader of theNation of Islam, called for violence when he said Saturday that if protesters demands aren't met, “we’ll tear this (expletive deleted) country apart!” He also claimed violence is justified because the grand jury chose not to indict Darren Wilson.

“We going to die anyway (sic)," he told the crowd. "Let’s die for something.”

Farrakhan, however, wasn't finished. He instructed parents to teach their children how to throw Molotov cocktails. “Teach your baby how to throw the bottle if they can. Fight,” he added. He imitated throwing the explosive device after making his comments, Scott Greer said.

According to Farrakhan, white people -- who he classifies as "the enemy" -- will only listen if blacks rise up in violence. He also claimed violence is justified by a “law of retaliation” he claims is in both the Bible and the Koran.

“In this book, there’s a law for retaliation,” he said, holding what appeared to be the NOI version of the Koran. “A law for retaliation," he repeated.

“As long as they kill us and go to Wendy’s and have a burger and go to sleep, they’ll keep killing us,” he said. “But when we die and they die, then soon we’re going to sit at a table and talk about it! We’re tired! We want some of this earth or we’ll tear this (expletive deleted) country up!” The crowd reacted with wild applause and cheers.

Sen. Barbara Boxer
Joe Newby, Jun. 13, 2014, Examiner.com

It's become standard operating procedure for many on the left. Whenever something bad happens, blame George W. Bush. Such was the case Thursday when Sen. Barbara Boxer, D-Calif., a member of the Foreign Relations Committee, blamed the former president for the current crisis in Iraq, Talking Points Memo reported.

She also hammered Republicans who supported the war in Iraq but now criticize Barack Obama's handling of the situation as part of the "blame-America-first crowd."

"Some of the biggest GOP cheerleaders for the disastrous war in Iraq are now joining the blame-America-first crowd rather than working with our Commander-in-Chief to confront this crisis," she said.

Boxer also said the current mess in Iraq "has its roots in an ill-conceived war," and said that while the U.S. should "go after" ISIS, the Sunni organization taking over parts of Iraq, "any U.S. action must be well-considered and well-executed in coordination with our allies and the Iraqi government and military, which we helped train and arm."

Boxer, TPM added, was one of 23 senators who voted against the resolution authorizing use of force in Iraq in 2002.

But it seems the real root of the current problem may lie in the fact that the Obama administration released the man who now runs ISIS in 2009.

Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, the new leader of ISIS, is called the "driving force behind al-Qaeda’s resurgence throughout Syria and Iraq, putting it at the forefront of the war to topple President Bashar al-Assad and starting a fresh campaign of mayhem against the Western-backed government in Baghdad."

He was arrested by U.S. forces in 2005 and held at Camp Bucca where, the Telegraph added, other al Qaeda leaders were held. He was released in 2009. According to the Telegraph, he may have been one of thousands of suspected insurgents "granted amnesty as the US began its draw down in Iraq."

Sen. Tim Scott
By Joe Newby, May 10, 2014, Examiner.com

It seems some in the so-called mainstream media have a very low opinion of black Republicans. Bloomberg writer Francis Wilkinson created something of a stir after attributing the success of Sen.Tim Scott, R-S.C., to some form of GOP affirmative action that lowers the bar for blacks, Twitchy reported Friday.

Wilkinson observed that Scott does not have a challenger, unlike a number of other Republicans. Wilkinson said he was told by an unnamed South Carolina Republican there are two reasons for this.

"First, Scott placed himself so far to the right that there was no space for a Tea Party challenge on ideological grounds. He has an 'F' on the NAACP legislative scorecard and a higher score on the right-wing Heritage Action scorecard -- 94 out of a possible 100 -- than fellow South Carolinian Joe 'You Lie' Wilson," Wilkinson wrote.

"Second, Scott benefits from a widespread recognition among Tea Partyers and conservatives in general that a high-profile black conservative is a thing most rare and precious. The act of supporting a black conservative is both an absolution for the past and a shield for the present and future," he added.

In other words, it's all about race, not the fact that Tim Scott is a very successful conservative Senator who has earned the respect of his base. But he wasn't finished, saying Scott, along with former GOP presidential candidate Herman Cain and former RNC chief Michael Steele are "members of an endangered political species for whom the bar is effectively lowered."

It seems that for Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., the rules don’t matter.  On Wednesday, we reported that Reid’s official Senate website includes a page dedicated to attacking the Koch brothers, private citizens with whom Reid disagrees.  But it turns out that page violates Senate Internet policies regarding webpages, the Daily Caller reported on Wednesday.

The Daily Caller reports:
By Robby Soave, Apr. 2, 2014, The Daily Caller
Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid has escalated his war of words against the billionaire Koch brothers by publishing an anti-Koch hit piece on his Senate.gov page, despite official rules prohibiting the use of U.S. senators’ .gov websites for political purposes.
The Senate.gov web page belonging to the Nevada Democrat currently features a list of “facts” about the Koch brothers, their limited government views and financial support for candidates that support these views.
“The Kochs want to abolish Social Security,” reads the page. “The Kochs spent $400 million on misleading attack ads in the last election cycle.”
