 A video surfaced this week showing Donald Sterling's notorious former girlfriend, V. Stiviano, making racially charged remarks about people of color.

 The 2011 video, which has been obtained by TMZ Sports, was allegedly made by Stiviano for a reality show pilot about gold diggers.

 'I don't understand black people.' the mixed-race Stiviano says into the camera. 'The minute you give them a little bit of money, they don't known what to do with it.'

Sterling's former mistress has both African-American and Mexican roots.

In the newly released video of Stiviano, the model mocks African-Americans for their supposed tendency to waste their money on trivial things.

'They're like, “Yo, I wanna put extra rims on top of my rims. And my rims are gonna turn around. I'm gonna call them spinners,"' she says.

Brad Pitt suffered a hit to the face by a Ukrainian serial prankster on the red carpet last night.

The actor was attending the Los Angeles premiere of partner Angelina Jolie's new film Maleficent when Vitalii Sediuk jumped over a crowd barrier and struck him, breaking the star's sunglasses.

Security instantly intervened as a violent scuffle broke out outside the El Capitan theatre and Sediuk was dragged to the floor and arrested.

An emergency restraining order has been issued against Sediuk as it is now being reported that he broke the glasses that Pitt was wearing to the Wednesday evening premiere.

TMZ reports that Sediuk struck Pitt in the face and 'destroyed' the sunglasses he was wearing.

In the footage from the scene, Pitt is seen wearing sunglasses when the gate crasher lunges at him, and Pitt bends down amid the scuffle. Moments later when security guards step in, Pitt re-emerges without the glasses on his face.

Pitt, 50, who took the unusual step of attending the premiere with his five of his children, is understood not to have been seriously injured in the altercation.

Message From Cartels: Billboards With Hanging Mannequins Warning Cops To Choose 'Silver Over Lead' Appear In Texas

 Two frightening incidents of vandalism in El Paso near the Mexican border in Texas have been interpreted as warnings from drug cartels.

 In both instances, a mannequin wearing a suit and tie was tied to a billboard with a noose and messages were scrawled over the placards.

 Local station KHOU reports that one of the signs reads 'Plata o Plombo' which translates to 'silver or lead', a threat used commonly against police officers effectively warning that if they do not accept the cartel's bribes then they will be shot.

 'This symbol has historically been used by Mexican drug cartels to threaten or intimidate Mexican citizens, business owners and government officials; however, we have never experienced this in El Paso,' local police said in a press release about the vandalism.

 The fear now for many is that the 'warnings' shows that the drug cartels- which have not been identified by name- are willing to bring the violence from Mexican border towns into Texas.

Wiping away tears before sharing a passionate kiss for the cameras, new NFL pick Michael Sam and his boyfriend were the picture of joy on Saturday.

As the photograph of their embrace quickly spread across the internet, Sam celebrated being the first openly-gay player drafted to the NFL - and viewers wondered about the identity of his man.

He has now been named as Vito Cammisano, a 23-year-old fellow University of Missouri alum, who starred on the school's swim team - and who apparently comes from one of the state's most infamous mobster families.

Online records indicate that he is the grandson of William 'Willie Rat' Cammisano. The mob leader served time in prison for extortion and contempt of Congress in the 80s, AP reported.

After a long rap sheet of crimes from theft to bootlegging, accusations of murder, and refusing to cooperate with a Congressional probe into the mob, he passed away in 1995, aged 80.

After his death, his son, William 'Willie' Cammisano Jr., took over the reins but he was arrested in 2010 for running a $3.5 million illegal sports betting organization and sentenced to a year and a day in prison, according to a release from the Department of Justice.

His brother - Vito's father - Jerry Cammisano, was also swept up in the family business and served 14 months in federal prison and ordered to pay more than $200,000 for his part in leading the sports betting ring, according to the release.

Records show Jerry Cammisano began his sentence in February 2011, and photographs show him grinning beside Vito at his graduation ceremony last year, indicating he did not serve further time.

 Cleveland kidnapping victim Michelle Knight was strung up with orange extension chords by her neck and feet 'like a fish' for days without food or water during her 11 years in captivity, it emerged today.

 She made the revelations to Dr. Phil McGraw in an exclusive interview which will offer the first glimpse into life inside the 'House of Horrors' at the hands of Ariel Castro.

 Speaking of the unimaginable abuse she suffered, Michelle describes becoming Castro's prisoner: '[He used] one of those orange extension cords. I was tied up like a fish, an ornament on the wall. That's the only way I can describe it.

 'I was hanging like this by my feet and i was tied by my neck and my arms with the extension cord going like that.'

 In the interview, which will be aired on Tuesday and Wednesday night, she tells Dr. Phil that she would be left strung up like that for days, with no food or water. No way to go to the toilet.

Speaking ahead of the broadcast, Dr. Phil said: 'When you listen to her describe the horrible
living conditions and how she was treated, you wonder how anyone lasted a day let alone more than a decade.'

 The only thing that gave her hope throughout her time in captivity was her two-year-old son.

 'I'm fighting to stay alive for him,' she said in the excerpt, aired on the Today Show this morning.

 Michelle will be the first of Castro's three victims to publicly speak out at length about the horrors the women had to endure for more than a decade in the ramshackle Cleveland home before being rescued.

 Knight, Amanda Berry and Gina DeJesus escaped on May 6 when Berry pushed out a door and yelled for help.

 Their kidnapper, Ariel Castro, pleaded guilty and was sentenced to life in prison. He hanged himself on September 3, just weeks into his sentence.

 During the exclusive interview with Dr. Phil viewers will hear in great details about the antics and torture that occurred Castro's Cleveland house of horrors.

V Stiviano, the woman at the center of Donald Sterling's race scandal, has adopted two African American boys, it emerged today.

The 31-year-old has been fostering the children, both under the age of 12, for several years but the adoption was finalized last Friday, in the midst of the Los Angeles Clippers chaos, RadarOnline is reporting.

A source told the celebrity website that Sterling himself has in fact spent time with the boys and 'was very sweet to them.'

'V is over the moon that the adoption is final and legal,' the insider told Radar. 'It was a long and arduous process, but it was worth it.'

Stivano apparently met the children while she was working in the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office.

Radar reports that the social worker dealing with the adoption actually dropped by Stiviano's house for a final inspection moments before she left to do the interview with Barbra Walters last Friday.

'Donald has spent a lot of time with V and the boys in the past. He got along with the boys, and was very sweet to them,' the source told Radar.

The new mom spent most of last week courting the press, wearing a now-signature over-sized visor to cover her face.

A leading French royal expert has accused Pippa Middleton of creating a 'false bottom' when she was bridesmaid of honour at the Royal Wedding.

The highly respected and influential Stephane Bern, 50, made the claim during a trip by Pippa, 30, to the vineyards of Bordeaux.

Mr. Bern, who is Knight of the Order of Grimaldi in Monaco and an expert on etiquette, used his TV chat show to reveal the information.

Referring to Pippa's famous appearance in Westminster Abbey on April 29, 2011, when she was praised around the world for her shapely figure, Mr Bern said: 'But of course she had a false bottom.

'I repeat it: she had a false bottom. You take her away from that and she has normal buttocks.

'It was an optical illusion. She knew there were a billion people watching. It was the moment to show it.’

He did not give details about the type of enhancement he believes she used.

Pippa was a little-known socialite until her sister, Kate, made her bridesmaid at her wedding to Prince William.

Pippa wore a white Alexander McQueen dress and became an instant international star, with many saying that her bottom made her particularly special.

In her first public speech in February, Miss Middleton joked that the gown may have fitted 'a little too well' as she revealed how the dress had transformed her life.

Once you’re in Oprah’s world, she owns you,’ says Barbara, who feels she was belittled and betrayed by Oprah who is kicking her out of the home she shared with Vernon for 14 years.

Egan added at the press conference: 'I had drugs put in my drink, liquor poured down my throat, (I was) raped numerous times in that house, various times (I was) sexually abused. There was a policy of no clothes by the poolside area. I was a piece of meat to these people.' 

The legal papers, filed in Hawaii, claims that Egan was put on the payroll for DEN, and paid $1,500 a week. It continues: 'Salaries of this nature were paid to many of the teenage males lured to the M & C Estate to have sex with the adults who resided there or visited there for recreational and business purposes.'
It claims that Egan was promised stock in DEN and given extravagant gifts, as well as being transported on private jets. He attended parties run by Collins-Rector and Shackley which were 'typically sordid and featured sexual contact between adult males and the many teenage boys who were present for the parties.' The boys were, the suit says, plied with drugs and alcohol.

It was two or three months after Collins-Rector allegedly began abusing Egan that he, it is claimed, he was introduced to Singer at one of the parties.

Egan was allegedly in the pool when Collins-Rector approached him and ordered him out to hug Singer. 

Egan says he was was nude, as per the rules of the house pool, so when he hugged Singer the director allegedly 'grabbed his bare buttocks'.

According to the lawsuit, Singer told Egan he was 'sexy' and went on to masturbate the underage boy and perform oral sex on him. The director then told Egan to do the same to him, but the then-minor says he resisted.

That allegedly caused Singer to push the boy's head under water. When he finally got up for air, Singer again demanded he perform oral sex and when he refused for the second time, Singer took him out of the pool and forcibly sodomized him, Egan says.

Now Egan is suing the director for $300,000 for the 'catastrophic psychological and emotional injuries' he says he suffered, the documents say.

The suit details how Egan was taken to Hawaii on more than one occasion when he was 17, where he was raped by Singer.

High School Senior Forms Petition 1,000+ Signatures Against Michele Obama Speaking At Their High School Graduation

If expanding the guest list to include Michelle Obama at graduation for high school students in the Kansas capital city means fewer seats for friends and family, some students and their parents would prefer the first lady not attend.

A furor over what the Topeka school district considers an honor has erupted after plans were announced for Obama to address a combined graduation ceremony for five area high schools next month an 8,000-seat arena. For some, it was the prospect of a tight limit on the number of seats allotted to each graduate.

For others, it was the notion that Obama's speech, tied to the 60th anniversary of the U.S. Supreme Court's decision in Brown v. Board of Education outlawing segregation in schools, would overshadow the student's big day.

'I'm a single mother who has raised him for 18 years by myself,' said Tina Hernandez, parent of Topeka High School senior Dauby Knight. 'I've told him education is the only way out. This is one of the biggest days of their lives. They've taken the glory and shine from the children and put on Mrs. Obama. She doesn't know our kids.'

Hernandez was among the parents and students who spoke Thursday at a school board meeting and urged district officials to reconsider their decision to invite Obama. Ron Harbaugh, spokesman for the Topeka school district, said Friday discussions were under way to work out the logistics and planning for the event, including how many tickets each family would be allotted.

'We will have a clearer picture of what's going on,' Harbaugh said.

Harbaugh said officials asked the president or first lady to speak at graduation as a tie-in with the anniversary of the Brown decision, which outlawed school segregation. The district plans to place a priority on seating students and their families, and could broadcast the event to an overflow room at a hotel adjacent to the graduation arena for those unable to find a seat inside.

That's not good enough for Taylor Gifford, 18, who started an online petition on Thursday evening to urge the district to reconsider its plans. She and the more than 1,200 people who had signed it expressed concern that Obama's visit would limit the seating options for family and friends.

The 17-year-old Oakland Tech student proudly attests to his lifelong public education and wears the same baseball cap, gold chains, loose clothes and dreadlocks as many of his classmates.

While the outstanding student's record speaks for itself, some believe his appearance says a lot, too. And those folks have been doubting or overlooking him for much of his already accomplished life.

Thankfully for the promising teen, others like his Oakland school principal mother have always urged him not to give in to others' doubts.

'Like, my whole life, people have been telling me to stay on this path and everything will fall, the cards will fall like you want them to, so,' Ahmad told KGO.

After more than two weeks of uncertainty, pain and fear, Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak yesterday confirmed what everyone already knew in their hearts: the missing Malaysia Airlines flight MH370 had crashed in the southern Indian Ocean, killing all 239 people on board.

And while it is unclear why the Boeing 777-200 crashed, we do know some of those passengers - including 23-month-old Wang Moheng - died tragically with their whole life still ahead of them.

As the youngest person on the flight and one of his first trips abroad - Moheng was taken to the tropics of Malaysia by his parents and grandparents simply to escape the 'bad air in Beijing', a friend said.

Following their relaxing holiday, the family of five left Kuala Lumpur early Saturday for Beijing but never arrived.

People from at least 13 countries were aboard the Boeing jet, with the 153 Chinese passengers by far the most numerous. Of those from China, Moheng was the youngest.


His picture went viral on social networking sites yesterday, circulating on Facebook and Twitter thousands of times as people stopped to remember the faces behind the tragedy of MH370.

Former TV judge Joe Brown was dragged from a Memphis juvenile court hearing on Monday after the presiding magistrate found him in contempt for inciting the courtroom crowd.
Brown reportedly worked the courtroom into a froth as he questioned the authority of the magistrate while he was there representing a client in a child support case.
'He all but had that courtroom in a riot,' said Juvenile Court Chief Magistrate Dan Michael.
According to WREG, the fight was sparked after Brown was told there was no record of the case he was there to plead.
In audio taken during the heated exchange, Brown becomes progressively angrier as the magistrate schedules a court date in April for his client.
'He then began a diatribe against Mr. Horne and the authority of the court,' Michael said.
'You want to get in to this, let's get into this, this sorry operation needs to stop!' Brown yells at the magistrate in audio taken from the scene.
Horne had Brown removed and gave him a day in jail, but Brown began to scream ever louder as he was dragged away and it won him four more days.
