What if something happens to Hillary Clinton? After her last presidential campaign faltered in 2008, the question among liberals is being asked openly.

Although Hillary Clinton continues to lead in the polls, according to former Obama environmental adviser Van Jones, it’s Elizabeth Warren’s name that’s “on the lips” of grassroots voters and not the former First Lady’s.

“What happens if something happens to Hillary? The Democratic bench is pretty weak,” host George Stephanopolous asked Jones.

“We have talked about gender. We talked about a couple of other names. Elizabeth Warren, that’s the name that is on the lips of every grassroots Democrat,” Jones said.

Carolla On Eliz Warren: Take Back Our Country ‘Means Give More Sh*t To People’ [AUDIO]

Adam Carolla
By Al Weaver, Oct. 20, 2014, Dailycaller.com

In his weekend broadcast of the “Adam & Drew Show Podcast,” TV personality and noted anti-liberal Adam Carolla railed against Sen. Elizabeth Warren’s Friday comments on “Real Time With Bill Maher” regarding what should and shouldn’t be the role of government in the lives of Americans.

“We’ve got to get out there and we’ve got to be willing to fight back, to take this country back,” Warren told Maher.

“Yeah, she means take it back and give more shit to people,” Carolla reacted.

Carolla has long been a supporter of shrinking the size of government and living within an individual’s means. Specifically, he opines that people shouldn’t have children until they are completely ready.

Matthews: Travel Ban ‘Easy’ Choice For Cons-- ‘Segregate’ The ‘Leper Colony’

MSNBC host Chris Matthews
By Al Weaver, Oct. 17, 2014, Dailycaller.com

MSNBC host Chris Matthews said Friday the idea of a travel ban is an “easy” decision for conservatives, and likened the possibility to simply segregating the Ebola-stricken people in areas away from the U.S.

Matthews made the comments on “Morning Joe.”

“It’s easy. It’s the easiest argument in the world. In many ways, it replicates the larger problem liberals have. It’s more complicated to be a liberal,” said Matthews. “To be conservative you simply have to say, look, common sense: segregate these people off from us, leper colony, keep away.”

“It’s easy because if we’re quarantining individuals, why can’t we quarantine countries,” he said. “And on the Democratic side, I think there is an implicit sympathy. Why do we want to do that to people? But, the way the doctors explain it, it’s very complicated.”

“I can’t understand their argument really,” he added.

Co-host Joe Scarborough told Matthews he still does not understand what good a travel ban would do, saying if conservatives brought forth a “logical reason” for a travel ban, it could be a possibility.

Michael Moore:  Obama A "Huge Disappointment"

By Al Weaver, Sept. 10, 2014, Dailycaller.com

According to left-wing documentarian Michael Moore, history will remember President Obama solely for the color of his skin.

Moore shared his frustrations in an interview with the Hollywood Reporter at the Toronto Film Festival, where he was celebrating the 25th anniversary of his first documentary, Roger & Me.

“When the history is written of this era, this is how [Obama will] be remembered: ‘He was the first black president.’ Okay, not a bad accomplishment, but that’s it. That’s it, Mr. Obama. A hundred years from now, ‘he was the first black American that got elected president,’ and that’s it.”

Moore, who endorsed Obama in 2008, also said that while President Obama “has done many, many good things…he’s been a huge disappointment.”

The liberal filmmaker was also extremely critical of the president’s characterization of Detroit’s revival during his presidency, citing a letter he sent Obama in 2012.

“You did not save Detroit. You saved GM. You saved Chrysler. Detroit, at this point, would stand a better chance if they were an Iraqi or Syrian city, in terms of getting some sort of help.”
