Attorney General Loretta Lynch frustrated congressional Republicans on Tuesday, declining to provide much in the way of new details into the investigation into Hillary Clinton's use of a private email server and her decision to close the case without prosecution.

Through several hours of intense questioning on Capitol Hill, Republicans on the House Judiciary Committee accused the head of the Department of Justice of holding Clinton to a double standard, criticized her for stonewalling their questions and suggested the Obama administration was engaged in a cover-up of the presumptive Democratic nominee's supposed crimes for political purposes.
