I was out due to a doctor’s appointment, but Storm had our own Katie Pavlich on the show to discuss the shutdown, anti-Semitic pieces of trash in Congress, and a new migrant horde that has set off for our southern border. Hey, remember when the mentally challenged wing of the media said this wasn’t an invasion?

On Jan. 30, 2017, Iran tested a new ballistic missile, seemingly the long-range Khorramshahr. In response, the White House announced sanctions against 25 Iranian individuals and companies. It’s a small reaction to an extraordinary provocation that rips away the curtain obscuring America’s foreign-policy decisions, past and present.

The past first. Sen. Bob Corker (R-Tenn.) congratulated the White House on the sanctions, which was a little hypocritical since he was one of the people who caused the problem in the first place.

Actor and comedian Jerry Lewis recently joined the Hollywood Reporter for an interview series, which the outlet had planned to do with “10 nonagenarians in the business — people in their 90s and beyond still vital and working.”

According to the Hollywood Reporter, nine of the interviews went great but the tenth was a mess, and that was because of 90-year-old Lewis’ awkward and difficult attitude about the whole thing.

The women on the U.S. national soccer team don’t get paid as much as the men, so they have filed a complaint with the federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission . The numbers in the complaint are stark, showing that the women earned less than the men’s national team despite far better performance. Team member Becky Sauerbrunn said, “U.S. Soccer has no justification for paying us as little as they do.” There actually is an economic justification for the women’s soccer pay disparity.
