So ... Are you saying that these letters were mailed by these candidates to those voters and returned? Or are they just random mail that was returned to the post office that they have somehow (And how would that happen? Messing with the mail is a big no-no, is it not?) gotten hold of and cross checked with the voters in the last election?

No these were ballot receipt for absentee or early voter ballots received. A portion is mailed back to the voter kinda like you get an I voted sticker at the polls. So 9000 plus ballots were counted that did not correspond with an actual live voter or ftom a fictitious address. That would explain how Nevada, a state that has picked the winner in the presidential race correctly for the last 108 years got it wtong this time. Now do you understand?
