Tim Tebow made his debut in the Arizona Fall League Tuesday, but his most impressive moment came off the field.

While signing autographs after the Scottsdale Scorpions baseball game, the 29-year-old athlete saw a fan — identified by ABC as Brandon Berry — having what appeared to be a seizure. Tebow put his hand on the man and prayed over him while waiting for paramedics to arrive. Then witnesses say the man began breathing again.
