“White Lightning” struck again.
Last month, Houston Strake Jesuit senior Matthew Boling watched his national high school record sprint get left out of the history books because of wind aid, but the 18-year-old officially entered the all-time record books Saturday by running the 100-meter dash in 10.13 seconds at the Texas UIL state track and field championships at the University of Texas.
