Rod Rosenstein announced indictments of Russians in U.S. election meddling

By CBS News, Feb. 16, 2018

  1. Hi,
I have been searching for a complete transcript of the statement given by Mr. Rosenstein when he announced the indictments of the 13 Russians. I heard him make the announcement on television, and heard him say during that presentation that the Russian operatives had taken steps to support minor presidential candidates, including both Sanders and Trump, before the election. I no longer remember if he said this in the body of the statement, or if it was in response to a question posed by reporters. Now, I can not find any portion of this information in the transcripts posted on the internet. I've read the NPR version, and one or two others, but this important information is not included in them.

Was I imagining things? Did I not hear him say what I thought I heard him say? Please help!
