First ,the drug prohibition crimes, wasted my human capital! Just writing it down, so as I would not make indiscreet, indiscriminate, quotes, from this general list, was work! It was way more work than justifiable, to just get through the list! I wanted to avoid indiscriminate generalizing comments! I do that, by my,distinguishing the prohibitionist crimes from the real crimes of violating civil social standards! I think all are agreed, except for Communists, that crimes like property crimes, trespassing, assault & burglary, are real common sense, universally defined crimes! Libertarians, classical liberals, laissez faire liberal & all individualist social teachings, agree on these crimes, as anti social deeds! I took way more resources, than I should have had to waste at this! So most folks are not getting paid to separate those categories of the crimes, of consent ,as distinct from non consent! Those consensual crimes are prohibitionist crimes, pure & simple truth, told! That is multiplied by millions of crime rap sheets, all across the country! I am going to venture a guess, that Judge Larry Elder, will appreciate my work here! That is especially heart warming, to see Dr.Walter E.(economist) Williams, on the margin of the page! I just spent time, ink, paper, mental space & wasted & consumed emotional energy, working on this, over coming my inertia! THAT WAS VITAL HUMAN CAPITAL! Now that was to get a rough estimate of the one man's rap sheet! I often find my self thinking of that Jonathan Gruber VS. Charles Murray debate, about are we adult enough to learn to discriminate on the basis of individual social consent VS violating individual social consent! So Charles Murray got lynched for attacking the elite Ivy league intelligence industrial complex! Meanwhile Jonathan Gruber got hidden by some fast change intelligence, ill-liberal artistry of Progressive mind games! That way Fox News & all the conservative libertarian alternative news bodies got distracted from Jonathan Gruber explicitly calling the voters stupid! So, meanwhile drug prohibition war crimes, keep up the indiscriminate mixing of real crimes of anti social sorts, as indistinguishable from non crimes of adult consent, that are prohibitionist crimes! Real crimes, must not be mixed in with,in indiscriminate ways with non crimes, like controlled substance, prohibition of adult consent! Prohibitionist crimes VS Assault , burglary & trespassing, are the opposite of each other ,in the totality of their social ethical properties! Ending prohibitionist crimes, would get to the actual rap sheet, of this poor hallucinaddict dead man That would not solve every thing! But it would be a clear simple law of the Kiss principle, for the senile judge & citizen, keep it simple and strict, keep it simple for senile judges & citizens or keep it simple stupid! I am sure there are many ways to articulate such law school trivia!! The golden rule is not violated by controlled substance prohibition laws! But Burglary, trespass, assault or robbery are simply anti social! Let's stop indiscriminate use, of the vital human capital, of our great social human race! Let's end the Al Capone reefer madness, ill-liberal & anti social ,anti economic, lawless enforcement of prohibition practices! Then we can actually get through the fat, congestion of this poor hallucinaddict's real, anti social, rap sheet!
