VIDEO: Obama Repeats Amnesty Promise; Woodward In Disbelief-- Obama Not Listening

On Sunday, as CBS News celebrated the 60th anniversary of “Face the Nation,” political figures and journalists appeared to discuss the news of the day. President George W. Bush appeared and offered a subtle jab at President Obama’s leadership and President Obama appeared and discussed his plan to act unilaterally without Congress on the issue of illegal immigration.
Joining the program was also the venerated journalist and one half of the duo who helped take down a corrupt president, Bob Woodward. After viewing the President’s comments, Woodward was sharp in his criticism and bluntly claimed that the president just flat-out isn’t listening to what the American people are trying to tell him.
Despite being warned by Republicans, Obama has maintained that he intends to act through executive actions on the issue of amnesty for illegal immigrants. Last week, Fox News’ Judge Andrew Napolitano claimed that doing so would open the president up to the possibility of impeachment proceedings as such executive orders directly conflict with his duty to uphold the law of the land.
