Stopped by TMZ's cameras on Sunday afternoon, Oscar-winning actress Viola Davis was asked who she thinks is "the next champion of our time to help improve race relations."

Davis responded by naming Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, who recently won the Democratic primary in New York's 14th congressional district by securing a major upset over incumbent Joseph Crowley. "I think she would be pretty good because she's young," Davis said of the 28-year-old.
