Will.i.am thinks Boosie's got it all wrong ... the answer to police brutality is not killing police -- it's creating a community rooted in respect.
We got the hip hop musician Sunday at the South Central Community Center and he was quick to point out ... there isn't a real problem with police brutalizing African Americans in cities like Calabasas and Brentwood. He did not address the fact that those two cities are super upscale and the dynamic between cops and citizens is much different from that in poorer communities.
