UPDATED: Actress Kristina Cohen filed a police report against Ed Westwick on Tuesday afternoon at the Los Angeles Police Department’s Hollywood precinct.

According to Captain Cory Palka, Cohen’s report references Westwick “as being a suspect in a crime of rape.” He said the alleged crime occurred about three years old.
