Former Vice President Joe Biden shut down hedge fund manager Bill Ackman at a May 18 private dinner in Las Vegas, after the billionaire made a tasteless comment about his late son Beau.

The uncomfortable moment happened when Biden answered a question posed by former Governor Jeb Bush about why he chose not to run for president, Fox Business Network reported.
