Joe Biden might not have the big job -- right now -- but there's no prouder member of the world leaders' club. The vice president was everywhere at the U.N. General Assembly -- it was almost as if Biden was holding his own private U.N. summit. And if he eventually does decide to plunge into the Democratic presidential campaign, what better place to highlight his global leadership credentials?
