According to an article from "Black America Press" (at least I give credit to where I get my information): Black Americana are not better off.
As stated by Al Sharpton: "Obama said he will do nothing for Blacks." It's worth mentioning that Al Sharpton visited the White House more than 61 times between 2009 and 2013, more than ANY member of Congress.
Unemployment - Under Obama, Black unemployment is over 14%, almost three times the reported national unemployment rate.
