A man in a suburb of Seattle has been arrested and is being held on a $750,000 bond after allegedly raping a woman while posing as her Uber driver.
Israel Ramos-Islas, 34, was arrested last week in connection with a rape reported Dec. 16, 2018. He was charged Monday with first-degree rape.
