Rep. Andy Biggs (R-Ariz.) told Hill.TV's "Rising" on Wednesday that former FBI Director James Comey should be prosecuted as part of any future cases involving the bureau's handling of the 2016 presidential election.
"My first line would be James Comey," Biggs, who sits on the House Judiciary Committee, told hosts Krystal Ball and Buck Sexton when asked who should be prosecuted.
