According to a Monday evening report, several employees close to embattled Lt. Gov. Justin Fairfax have resigned after a second woman, Meredith Watson, accused him of rape.

“Two of the three government staffers to Lt. Gov. Justin Fairfax and two employees of his political action committee resigned following news Friday of a second sexual assault allegation against him,” according to The Richmond Times-Dispatch.
