Cuba Gooding Jr. experienced the wrath of the Twitterverse on Sunday after lifting up the dress of “American Horror Story: Roanoke” co-star Sarah Paulson at Los Angeles PaleyFest.

As fellow star Kathy Bates was being introduced to a crowd inside Hollywood’s Dolby Theatre, Paulson, 42, greeted the actress as Gooding, 49, grabbed her sheath from behind. Although Paulson initially shrieked after discovering what Gooding was up to, the pair, who portray husband and wife on Season 6 of the FX anthology series, appeared to be in a playful mood as the event continued.
