A CIA analyst and spokesman for the National Security Council said he resigned from the intelligence agency last week because he cannot in "good faith" work under the Trump administration.

In an op-ed written for the Washington Post, Edward Price, who served under presidents George W. Bush and Barack Obama, said he started his career with the CIA nearly 15 years ago, but left the agency after what he viewed to be a number of slights by new President Donald Trump.

Dallas Police Face Criticism For Slow Response To 911 Calls

By Jennifer Lindgren, July 24, 2015 CBS

DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) – For the second time this week, Dallas police are facing criticism for lack of response to 911 calls.

Friday afternoon, a young woman says she waited for three hours for a patrol officer to meet her to make a report following a hit and run crash.

Bethany, who asked that her last name not be used, was headed home from meeting her dad for lunch when she was rear-ended.

The 23-year-old says a woman in a blue SUV slammed into her Honda sedan as she was stopped at Coit Road at the George Bush Turn Pike.

“After she hit me, she came and asked me, are you ok? I said no, I need you to follow me,” said Bethany.

Bethany says the woman appeared to follow her as she prepared to turn onto the turnpike and take the first exit, but then the driver sped off.

When the Republican legislature rightfully rejected the expansion, Kasich bypassed lawmakers and rammed it through a separate panel.

U.S. 'Disturbed' By Iranian Leader's Criticism After Deal

By Bozorgmehr Sharafedin Nouri, July 21, 2015 Yahoo

DUBAI (Reuters) - The United States said on Tuesday it was disturbed by anti-U.S. hostility voiced by Iran's top leader after a nuclear deal, as both countries' top diplomats sought to calm opposition to the accord from hardliners at home.

U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry said a speech by Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei on Saturday vowing to defy American policies in the region despite a deal with world powers over Tehran's nuclear program was "very troubling".

"I don't know how to interpret it at this point in time, except to take it at face value, that that's his policy," he said in the interview with Saudi-owned Al Arabiya television.
