 The Family Research Council has launched an online ad that calls out several major corporate players in the entertainment industry for their hypocrisy.

 After all, the companies named – Disney, Amazon and Netflix – are happy to do business with China, where Christians disappear into detention camps never to be heard from again, Muslims are put in prison compounds, and authorities harvest organs from political prisoners.

Amazon just rejected criticism by Sen. Bernie Sanders, saying his repeated claims of poor worker conditions in its fulfillment centers are "inaccurate and misleading."

 "We have been in regular contact with his office and have offered several opportunities for Senator Sanders and his team to tour one of our fulfillment centers," the company said in a blog post Wednesday. "To date he has still not seen an FC for himself."

Four of the world’s biggest tech platforms have working partnerships with a left-wing nonprofit that has a track record of inaccuracies and routinely labels conservative organizations as “hate groups.”

 Facebook, Amazon, Google and Twitter all work with or consult the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) in policing their platforms for “hate speech” or “hate groups,” a Daily Caller News Foundation investigation found.

In Seattle this week, the world’s richest man, Jeff Bezos, opened the newest building at Amazon’s headquarters with the futuristic flourish that tech ­giants love.

 The Amazon founder and chief executive was standing inside the company’s giant glass “spheres”, which boast thousands of tropical plants, treehouse meeting rooms, a river and waterfalls. It is a workspace designed to enhance the creativity of its 20-something, tech-savvy employees. Rather than cut a ribbon, Bezos looked up at the roof of the giant glass dome and ordered the artificial intelligence assistant Alexa to do the honours. “OK, Jeff,” Alexa replied before the lights came on.

Amazon is ready for some football.
The National Football League has reached a deal to stream 10 Thursday night games with Amazon.com Inc. AMZN, -1.33%  , the online retailer that is aggressively trying to position itself as a premier source of entertainment content.
The one-year agreement is valued at around $50 million, according to people familiar with the matter. That price tag represents a fivefold increase over the NFL’s agreement with Twitter Inc. TWTR, -0.83%   for the same number of games last season.
