NY Aggressively Auditing Residents Fleeing State, Tracking Social Media, Phone Records

New York is aggressively auditing its wealthy residents attempting to flee the high-tax state for Florida, going so far as to monitor cell phone records, social media use and visits to the veterinarian or dentist, according to CNBC.

The state is facing a $2.3 billion budget deficit, which Governor Andrew Cuomo blames on the change in federal tax laws limiting state and local deductions.

  1. have you done a study or has a study been performed that shows a financial decline of a city or state when in democrat hands or succeeded in republican hands or vice versa? should be fairly easy to track whose polices result in better economic success.

  2. He should be Sued for Violating Privacy rights, He created the problem by his Ridiculous Taxation and now is crying when everyone is leaving his state. He made his bed now he can sleep with the rats in the streets of NY City
