Juries in the state of California are selected from the registered voters rolls. And you must be a legal citizen to be on a jury. Seems reasonable since the courts want juries who likely know how the laws and the courts work in the US. Well, in the last year, out of the million called up for jury duty, 500,000 were inelegible to serve because the actually weren't US citizens! How many of those voted? And if you think about it, if the citizenship question were asked of everyone, would there be 50% inelegible voters? Realize that the aprox 2.5 million margin of Hillary in CA, we're likely ALL illegal voters!
