I keep hearing that the FBI was limited in what they could do within the law to investigate this kid. But, they were able to obtain FISA warrants to spy on people in the Trump campaign. Isn't the whole point of FISA warrants to spy on suspected terrorists who post a eminent threat? So, they are limited in what they can do to watch a kid who tells people he's going to shoot up a school. But, they aren't limited in spying on Trump campaign staffers? Seriously, what am I missing here?
