Fmr Clinton Campaign Manager: 'I Was Overruled' on Firing Adviser Accused of Harassment - 'Disappointed' by Hillary Response

On Monday’s broadcast of CNN’s “At This Hour,” former Hillary Clinton Campaign Manager Patti Solis Doyle stated that she was “overruled” when she recommended the campaign terminate adviser Burns Strider over sexual harassment allegations and criticized Clinton’s response to the revelations about Strider.

Solis Doyle said, “So, a young woman made a complaint to our head of operations about sexual harassment against Burns Strider…who she reported to. The incident was brought to my attention, and, you know, I did my due diligence. I interviewed all the parties involved. I looked at the evidence. I looked at some emails that he had sent. I had looked at other documents, and came to the conclusion that there was sexual harassment involved, that the young woman was very credible, and my recommendation to the senator was to fire him, and I was overruled.”
