Roy Moore Sexual Misconduct Allegations Shouldn’t Be Dismissed by Conservatives

By National Review, Nov. 09, 2017

Today the Washington Post dropped a bombshell. A woman has come forward to claim that decades ago Alabama Senate candidate Roy Moore initiated a sexual encounter with her when she was only 14 years old. He was 32 at the time, a prosecutor in Etowah County, Ala.

The details are horrifying. According to his accuser, Leigh Corfman, Moore took her back to his house, stripped off most of her clothes, touched her sexually, and tried to force her to touch him. Three other women have also come forward, alleging that Moore tried to date them or kiss them when they were teenagers ranging from 16 to 18 years old.

  1. So every time a Democrat comes forward to smear a conservative we should believe even though they have NO PROOF of any kind? That is not how our judicial system works and it shouldn't be how our leaders are elected. If the Democrats have their way EVERY constitutional conservative will be guilty of some type of bogus immorality. You disappoint me Mr Elder. Remember INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY?

  2. Come on Larry, this is the NR, a #NeverTrump rag that's open vendetta against our President is so blatant. This is another lefty trick IMHO, similar to Rather & Bush, Reid & Romney, ect.. You know their tricks. It's a Clinton operative making the accusations! I can't wait for Judge Moore to sue the WAPO and close that fish wrap factory down!

  3. Larry, so you are not aware that the accuser has been thoroughly discredited? That the "leaking" of the accusations against Judge Moore have been linked, not only to his opposing candidate, but to the liberal elite of the Republican Party as well, in a co-ordinated effort to derail Judge Moore's campaign?

Larry, don't go down the path of your colleague Hugh Hewitt, or you will go down into the ash bin along with him.
