Johnny Depp Issues Apology for Donald Trump Assassination Joke

Johnny Depp has issued an apology for a controversial comment about President Donald Trump, asking, “When was the last time an actor assassinated a president?”

“It did not come out as intended, and I intended no malice. I was only trying to amuse, not to harm anyone,” the actor said in a statement to People on Friday.

  1. Depp, like much of the rest of the Left, is simply communicating how they actually feel about a situation. The only time you hear any type of apology or retraction is when they think they may have hurt their own image (purely self-serving), just like Kathy Griffin. Their efforts and transparent.

  2. It just goes to show how dumb these Hollywood leftists really are. They are offended by virtually every word that hasn't been pre-approved by snowflake censors... but they expect to make assassination "jokes" with impunity. Depp says, "It didn't come out as intended." Really? What did you intend to say Johnny? These leftists like to call everyone who disagrees with them "uneducated." They're the ones who can't even spit out a sentence without threatening to kill the president.
