Terrorism In The UK Nearly Rrebles In The Last Five Years, New Study Reveals

The shocking report claims Islamist-related offences have doubled between 2011 and 2015 while the number of “distinct terrorism cases” has increased threefold.

London and Birmingham were identified as the cities housing most offenders. East London in particular was home to half of London-based offenders (22 per cent overall).

The report, compiled by political think tank the Henry Jackson Society, identified Islamist-inspired terrorism convictions and suicide attacks in the UK between 1998 and 2015.
