Guadalupe GarcÃa de Rayos was convicted in 2009 of felony criminal impersonation (during the Obama administration), and became the subject of a removal order in 2013 (also during the Obama administration)

So she committed and was convicted of a felony.
She had the benefit of the fair court system.
The deportation order was done long before Trump was even a candidate for president.
If you or I are convicted of a felony, we can both expect that we will be separated from our families.
She is being sent to Mexico. You and I would not be able to count on being sent to Mexico after being convicted of a felony.
