Tucker Carlson Takes On Rangel Over Bill to Abolish the Electoral College

Congressman Charlie Rangel is pushing a bill to abolish the electoral college. And Fox’s Tucker Carlson asked him tonight if he’s just doing this because Hillary Clinton won the popular vote but lost the election.

Rangel insisted he would be pushing for this too if Clinton won and said he’s a believer in “one man one vote,” arguing that Americans don’t truly understand that they aren’t voting for president––they’re voting for electors.
