Demi Lovato and Nick Jonas surprised employees from Orlando's Pulse Nightclub with tickets to their concert ... and giving them a bird's-eye view to a touching tribute.
The singers invited around 30 staffers from Pulse to Saturday night's show at the Amway Center ... hooking them up with a private suite ... adding on a meet and greet.
Demi and Nick paid homage to the nightclub victims, as well as Christina Grimmie.
