North Carolina's new public facilities law simply says that in all government-controlled locations, offices and facilities, any bathroom that accommodates more than one person at a time must be assigned to a single gender. Men shall use the men's bathroom and women the women's room, based on the sex indicated on their birth certificates.
As for those who've undergone sex-change operations and have had their birth certificate reissued to indicate their new gender, the bill will allow them to use the bathroom as determined by the sex on the now-changed birth certificate. That's it.

The law applies only to the public sector. If a private actor, like Donald Trump, wants Caitlyn Jenner to use the female bathroom in a North Carolina Trump Tower or Trump golf course, that is his prerogative.

    Hello Larry Elder,i found your radio station,i had listen to your radio talk show you are a conservative African American not like the others. I'm so disappointed, I still don't know why the most black people are on the Democrat party betray republican. I know our founder father Abraham Lincoln he is a republican,he had free the black slaves in the United States of America.,may be they are brain wash just like you said.

    I also disappointed, President Obama open the racial just like death body barely in the grave long time,Obama dig out and open the tomb the smell all over the Country. He used the race for excuse what he did wrong,no body can impeach him.I saw some black students violence broken the School chairs and slam the teacher,because he is a white but not only white, they also did to my kids we are Asian,they also used the race for excuse.

    Larry Elder,i think from now on we have to encourage people to vote for Donald Trump not attack or criticize him. i never know that republican GOP establishment did the horrible things behind close door sold the delegates.now God had open to let people see in Colorado republican GOP establishment are hypocritical. I see that Mitt Romney,bush also Paul Ryan,they are not supporting Trump,they do the same old same old,nothing help republican Party, damage our own republican. party.
