If you decided to remove your front and back doors of your house, you'd be the proud owner of an inclusive, tolerant home. Instead of discriminating who could and could not enter, anyone with the notion to enter your house -- whatever their motivation -- could sashay right on in.
Yeah, it sounds insane, but that's what DC has decided to do on a national level. And it seems Open Borders has its detractors:

These people are desperate. They are absolutely desperate. We have had countless meetings with government agencies over the years, and I say this with all due respect, all we hear about is what they are trying to do and nothing gets done.”
