Trump's recent proposition to impose "a total and complete shutdown of Muslims entering the United States until our country's representatives can figure out what is going on," is based on research he claims shows that "there is great hatred towards Americans by large segments of the Muslim population."

Since when did Islam become a race, Huma? Islam is a retrograde, supremacist, theo/political/trans-national movement, intent on global domination, masquerading as a religion. The violence its resurgence always engenders is not done "in the name of Islam" but as a direct precept of the tenets contained in its title deed, the Quran itself. Before George W. Bush became president, before 9/11, before the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq there were over 15 attacks on American diplomatic and military facilities throughout the world. All of them were carried out by Islamic terrorist killers. There is no constitutional obligation to allow foreigners into our country. Being able to enter America is NOT a right. It is just impossible to vet 10,000 refugees who are from failed states and we know that ISIS is already infiltrating the refugee population. If Huma had a bowl of 10,000 M&Ms and knew that only 5% were laced with a lethal poison how many of those M&Ms would she feel safe allowing her child to eat? The plight of the Syrian refugees is a direct result of Obama retreating from the red line he drew in Iraq but safe zones can be established for them in some of the 57 Arab nations many of which are awash in petro-dollars. America is a generous nation always willing to help those in distress. Since 2001 America has provided sanctuary for over 780,000 refugees. Suspending immigration from Islamic countries, especially those which impose Sharia on their hapless peoples and whose politicians and religious leaders are aligned with the Muslim Brotherhood and preach "Death to America", has, for the moment, become a categorical imperative of national security.
ReplyDeleteMy test for a moderate Muslim is one who agrees that Israelis have every right to live in peace, unmolested by their Arab neighbors. That is a position held by a very low percentage of Muslims, and since they view us as supporting Israel, it is only natural to expect them to have contempt for us. In fact the Arab world refers to us as the Great Satan. I believe Muslims should be allowed to immigrate to the US when churches are no longer burned in Muslim lands, when Bibles are allowed into Saudi Arabia, and when Muslim societies are no longer anti-Semitic.
