Trump On Paris Attacks: 'Nobody Had Guns But The Bad Guys' (VIDEO)

TRENTON — A day after terrorist attacks left at least 129 people dead and hundreds more injured in Paris, top Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump said it "would've been a much, much different situation" if the victims had been armed.

The billionaire businessman and former Atlantic City casino tycoon also said the tragedy highlights the danger of allowing Syrian refugees into the U.S.

"When you look at Paris — you know the toughest gun laws in the world, Paris — nobody had guns but the bad guys," Trump said during a rally Saturday night in Beaumont, Texas, according to video and reports of the event.

"Nobody had guns — nobody," the real estate mogul continued. "They were just shooting them one by one, and then (authorities) broke in and had a big shootout and ultimately killed the terrorists."
