Rumors and reports about the potential presidential candidacy of Vice President Joe Biden intensified on Monday, as official Washington — and the press corps — found itself grasping for answers as to when the veep will make up his mind, or at the very least make his decision known.
Outside of the whirlwind, Democratic front-runner Hillary Clinton is hunkering down for her testimony before the House Select Committee on Benghazi, set for Thursday in Washington. Recent national polling shows Clinton with a commanding lead over the vice president and her closest competitor, Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders.
