Mayors from eighteen U.S. cities signed a letter to President Obama saying they are willing to take even more refugees than what has been proposed by the administration.

ReplyDeleteSo, did these mayors ask those who live in their cities if it's okay with them, or is this something they decided on their own? Shouldn't there be some sort of vote, or do citizens no longer have any say in the matter?
