Cutting California Fossil Fuel Just Hurts The State

Cutting state's fossil fuels will just hurt state

We in California, long known for our affinity for the absurd, have started down the path to utter madness. Assuming we are in a period of global warming, assuming that this warming is detrimental to mankind, assuming that human activity such as the burning of fossil fuels is responsible for that warming and assuming that anything that mankind in general does can slow or reverse that warming, how in God's name can anything that California alone does affect that warming?

The ruling class in California has committed to decreasing the burning of fossil fuel, an action which could not possibly significantly reduce the global emission of the greenhouse gases said to be responsible for global warming. This totally useless policy can only be seen as the sacrificing of the comfort and welfare of Californians on the altar of the god of the pagan religion of environmentalism.
