MSNBC’s Andrea Mitchell: Media Underestimated Impact of Clinton Email Scandal
MSNBC’s Andrea Mitchell said Monday morning on Morning Joe that the media underestimated the impact of the Clinton email scandal, and that no experts she consulted could give any plausible explanation for Hillary Clinton‘s use of a private email server as Secretary of State.
“Is it possible, Andrea, that the media analysts and others have underestimated the impact of this e-mail situation on Hillary Clinton’s campaign?” asked host Mika Brzezinski.
“I think so,” Mitchell responded. “Look, you have two inspectors general, and they are referring this to the Justice Department… What they are suggesting is that there were classified– four out of the forty randomly selected emails had classified information…”
