The head of the House committee investigating the 2012 attack in Benghazi, Libya, said Friday that Hillary Rodham Clinton wiped her email server "clean," permanently deleting all emails from it.

According to an Associated Press story, Rep. Trey Gowdy, (R-S.C.), said Clinton has not produced any new document and refused to give the server to an independent party for review.

Gowdy said he and House Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) will contemplate new legal actions against the former secretary of state, according to a story from Politico

"After seeking and receiving a two week extension from the Committee, Secretary Clinton failed to provide a single new document to the subpoena issued by the Committee and refused to provide her private server to the Inspector General for the State Department or any other independent arbiter for analysis," the Politico story quoted Gowdy as saying.

  1. How many charges can they dump on her right now? Theft of government property? Destruction of government property? Destruction of evidence? Contempt of Congress?...Geeze Larry How many things can they nail her on here? My question is, will she be pardoned by Obama as he leaves office, along with all the other members of his staff and co-conspirators?
