L.A. Poverty Rate More Severe Than California, U.S.

Foreign-born population poverty estimates, according to the Census Bureau, were 20% for L.A. County. In California, foreign-born residents that entered in 2010 or later fell below the poverty line at a rate of 32%. A quarter of those entering from 2000-2009 fell below the poverty line.

    This is and has been the Left's plan all along. Create poor & increase the number of poor. Poor are easy to convince them of a Marxist/Communist agenda. Hugo Chavez won because he got the ignorant poor to vote for his Marxist agenda. The battle cry of all Communist regimes has been "income inequality" or fair share etc. Obama is the food stamp & welfare President. In 2016 after all these people get their "entitlements" the Democrats will tell them they must vote for Hillary and Democrats because the Republicans will take your benefits away. The republicans will send you back to the lousy country you came from. Everything Obama has done has been to get the masses to vote Democrat. Income redistribution is the best way to convince them it's in their best interest.
