So...Marijuana affects different people differently. Some high-functioning individuals can go to work stoned and do a passable job. But not everyone is high-functioning. The last thing we need is for stupid people to get stupider, and that is what pot does to the stupid.<br /><br />I feel we already have a great system: many people smoke pot and do not get caught.
