According to The Guardian, the series has left former President Barack Obama and President Donald Trump divided when it comes to the way that it addresses race relations.

From The Guardian:

The Omaha, Nebraska-based conglomerate's net earnings rose to $6.29 billion in the fourth quarter of 2016, up from $5.48 billion in the comparable year ago period. Investors frequently parse the document for Buffett's insights into specific sectors, in addition to his thoughts on the economy.

Teen Asked If He’d Have Sex With His Parents During TGI Friday’s Job Interview

By Raw Story, Feb. 25, 2017
Daniel Dougherty, an 18-year-old apprentice engineer, was caught off guard while interviewing for a job at a local TGI Friday’s in Derby, England earlier this month. Interviewers apparently asked him a series of inappropriate and bizarre questions — to say the least.

“Would you rather sh*t a brick or cry a glass?” was one of the questions Dougherty was asked. He was also asked if he’d “rather watch his parents have sex for a year or join in just for the start.” The interviewer was believed to be a bartender on staff at the Friday’s.

California: The Physical Collapse Of A Social State

By Forbes, Feb. 22, 2017

Welcome to California.  It is a state of a perfect set of laws – at least in the minds of those wedded to the legislative pursuit of social justice.  Under the one-party Democrat rules, spending on fairness tops $100 billion every year. Meanwhile, the basic infrastructure of the state, so necessary for the economy long and short term, is collapsing.

The California legislature has been busy making the news these days.  They are determined to fight President Trump tooth and nail – and they are putting the taxpayers’ money where the legislature’s mouth is.

Tom Perez, New DNC Chairman, Suggests Trump 'Rigged' General Election

By Washington Times, Feb. 26, 2017

Democratic National Committee Chair Tom Perez wasted no time jumping into the political fray, suggesting the day after he was tabbed to lead the party out of power that President Trump “rigged” the general election with the help of the Russians.

“Frankly, what we need to be looking at is whether this election was rigged by Donald Trump and his buddy, [Russian President] Vladimir Putin,” Mr. Perez said Sunday on CNN’s “State of the Union.”

Rachel Dolezal Is Nearly Homeless, On Food Stamps--And Still White

By Daily Caller, Feb. 25, 2017

Former NAACP branch president Rachel Dolezal, who lied about being black but still identifies as black, is now jobless, living on food stamps and expects to lose her home next month.

“There’s no protected class for me,” the former NAACP branch president told The Guardian. “I’m this generic, ambiguous scapegoat for white people to call me a race traitor and take out their hostility on. And I’m a target for anger and pain about white people from the black community. It’s like I am the worst of all these worlds.”

By People, Feb. 27, 2017

Everything had been humming along like a well-oiled machine. For over three hours on Sunday night during the Oscars, a steady stream of Hollywood’s biggest stars navigated the cramped backstage quarters at the Dolby Theatre, gamely snaking around show producers, photographers, crew and moving equipment to get to and from the stage.

The mood in the wings was upbeat all night – host Jimmy Kimmel‘s jokes were landing, Oscar presenters were hitting marks and there was plenty of coffee and Twizzlers to go around.

Agents Detail 'Daily' Border Fence Battle, Seek Post-Obama 'Restart'

By Fox News, Feb. 24, 2017
In the tiny Arizona city of Douglas, a Border Patrol surveillance camera is trained on a 10-foot-high fence with Mexico. After a few seconds, footage shows a figure appearing out of nowhere and the fence suddenly opens to allow a pickup truck through. A car follows, and they speed off into adjoining neighborhoods while the makeshift gate slams shut.

The Wild West still has a foothold here, more than 100 years after gunslingers Wyatt Earp and Doc Holliday called Douglas home. Only the outlaws are cartels and traffickers.
